JJs personable, professional and cooks like a madman. My wife and I have had him cook for us in home for just us 2 and we have had him over to cook for friends of ours. Each time was as good as the last. From his appetizers to his salads from chicken dishes beef dishes and even fish dish for one of our friends everything was phenomenal and I'd highly recommend you giving this man a shot.
